The public sector encompasses a diverse range of properties, each with its own operational requirements and fire safety considerations.

Whether you're responsible for a single community building or managing multiple properties across a local authority estate, we can provide fire alarm solutions tailored to your operational needs.

From the earliest stages of a project, we can assist with system design, installation, commissioning and final handover, ensuring the fire alarm installation integrates with the wider building services and is delivered in accordance with the project specification and relevant British Standards.

Following completion, we provide comprehensive handover documentation, certification and Regulation 38 information, helping ensure a smooth transition from construction to occupation.

Installation, Maintenance and Lifecycle Support

We provide a complete service throughout the lifecycle of your system.

From initial design and installation through to commissioning, certification and planned maintenance, our engineers deliver reliable, compliant solutions designed around the needs of your organisation.

We also undertake system upgrades, extensions and modifications where existing fire alarm systems require improvement following refurbishment projects, changes in building use or fire risk assessment recommendations.

By working closely with facilities teams, building managers and appointed contractors, we help ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and clear communication.

Supporting Compliance Across Your Estate

Public sector organisations are often responsible for multiple buildings, each with its own servicing schedules, maintenance records and compliance requirements.

Regular planned maintenance helps ensure fire alarm systems remain reliable while providing the documentation needed to demonstrate that systems are being properly managed.

Following every visit, we provide comprehensive service reports and certification, giving facilities managers confidence that their fire alarm systems are maintained in accordance with current standards and industry best practice.

All service records, certificates, outstanding defects and service schedules can be viewed at anytime via the Liberty Systems customer portal dashboard.

For organisations managing multiple premises, maintaining accurate records can become a significant administrative task.

Our secure customer portal provides authorised users with 24-hour access to service reports, certificates, maintenance records and key documentation across their property portfolio.

This makes it easier to monitor compliance, retrieve important records and manage planned maintenance as well as review and approve quotes easily with a full audit trail across multiple locations from a single platform.

The customer dashboard provides you with a snapshot of current status of your estate, allowing you to access records for each of your sites.

The built in planner also shows you when your scheduled service visits are due, so you always know what's planned.
