Fire Safety Systems provided on another residential development by Liberty Systems, this time on a modern new development by Keepmoat Homes.

Working alongside the Developers electrical contractor - Electract. Liberty Systems were instructed to provide open protocol fire detection and alarm systems and Smoke Control systems to the four new residential blocks which were built as part of the new estate.

Liberty Systems completed the full system design, installation and handover for each system, including a comprehensive Regulation 38 pack, allowing for the 'Golden Thread' of information to exist and be passed on to the management company.

Liberty Systems also added each system to their comprehensive customer portal, providing clear digital oversight of each block of flats on the estate, simplifying the handover between developer and management company.

Coupled with inclusive service and maintenance of the systems provided by Liberty Systems for the first 12 months, this enabled a smooth transition whilst maintaining both legal and system compliance.
